Shipping policy
How your order gets from our hands to your chapter

Made to order
Every Daybreake piece is custom-made for your chapter. Production begins once your design is
approved and payment is confirmed — your timeline is always shared with you before anything goes into production.

How it ships
Orders ship in one bulk shipment to the address you designate — your chapter house, your
coordinator, wherever works. Everything arrives sorted and ready to distribute. You’ll receive tracking the moment your order is on the way.

Timing
Arrival dates are estimates, not guarantees — but we don’t miss the dates that matter. If your order is for recruitment, bid day, or another hard deadline, tell us up front and we’ll build the production schedule around it. Rush timelines are sometimes possible; just ask.

If something shifts
On the rare occasion production or carrier timing changes, your Daybreake contact tells you before it becomes a problem — no surprises, ever. Carrier delays once an order leaves our hands are outside our control, but we’ll always help track it down.

Check your order
Look everything over when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing, or not what you approved,
message your contact or email [email protected] within 7 days with photos — we’ll make it right.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t cover orders lost due to an
incorrect or incomplete address, but we’ll do everything we can to help recover them.
